Sofie Pringle
Senior Project Manager
With over a decade in design as a project leader at an architecture firm, Sofie has recently transitioned to client-side project management. Her career includes successful tenures at top-tier architecture firms where she managed and delivered a variety of complex projects. Prior to this, she worked for five years at an electrical, procurement, manufacturing and contracting company.
Sofie's extensive project experience spans Queensland and international locations, covering mixed-use, retail, luxury residential, affordable housing, and community-focused developments. She has worked with a diverse range of clients, including private companies, government agencies, and not-for-profit organizations.
Her achievements include leading the Arbor seniors housing project at Peddle Thorp Architects, which received the UDIA Queensland 2021 Award for Excellence in the ‘Seniors Living’ category. Additionally, her research into Urban Happiness earned national and state recognition at the Australian Urban Design Awards and the Minister's Award for Urban Design, respectively. Sofie was also awarded a QUT School Scholarship for a Doctor of Philosophy.
Sofie holds a Bachelor of Architecture (Honours) and a Master of Architecture from Queensland University of Technology, as well as a QBCC design licence.
