Matt brings over a decade of experience in the property sector across Southeast Queensland. He has worked extensively with an ASX-listed company, where he managed complex and high-profile projects in property, construction, and finance. His roles have ranged from overseeing large-scale developments to navigating intricate financial and construction challenges, as well as managing small-scale developments across a wide range of asset classes.

This hands-on experience has equipped Matt with a deep understanding of the industry’s demands and nuances. He holds a Bachelor of Business from Griffith University, an REIQ Real Estate License, and is a Certified Strata Manager. Currently, Matt is pursuing an MBA at Queensland University of Technology, further enhancing his strategic and leadership skills.
